England have avoided the possibility of their Euro 2008 qualification fixtures being decided by lots after agreeing a schedule with the six other countries in Group E.
Football Association officials were in Zagreb last week when talks broke down, before coming to a settlement which sees England handed what the Football Association believe is a "a balanced schedule."
England, who will have a new manager in place for the campaign following Sven-Goran Eriksson's decision to stand down after the World Cup, will face Andorra at home before back-to-back clashes against Macedonia.
They will then face their two toughest matches - trips to Croatia and Israel.
FA executive director David Davies said: "Reaching agreement between seven countries was never going to be easy but it was clearly worth having a second attempt today.
"No country gets everything they want but overall we think this is a balanced schedule which will give the England team a very strong chance of qualification."
